| （英） | This study investigates an incentive Stackelberg game for mean-field stochastic delay systems. First, we introduce the sufficient conditions for the system to be structurally block-diagonal stabilizable and establish the high-order cross-coupled nonlinear matrix equations (CCNMEs). Since the exact cost function cannot be computed directly, we reformulate the optimization problem by minimizing its upper bound. By applying the team-optimal strategy to the stochastic delay system, the leader's cost function is optimized. The followers then respond to the leader's announced strategy, deriving a Pareto suboptimal strategy. Consequently, a centralized strategy for the stochastic delay system is proposed, and the design of the incentive parameter $gamma_1$ is determined. Furthermore, it is shown that when the number of followers $N$ becomes sufficiently large, the incentive parameter $gamma_1$ depends on only two parameter matrices. | |
