(in English) For Beyond 5G and 6G, ultra-high-speed, high-capacity wireless communications are required. Terahertz waves are expected to be the means to achieve this. Terahertz waves have a high frequency and wide bandwidth, enabling 100 Gbit/s-class wireless communication. In this research, terahertz wave wireless communication was achieved using an arrayed chip integrating 4 photomixers and antennas, and 10 Gbit/s communication was successfully demonstrated in the 300 GHz band. We also report on the demonstration of terahertz-wave transmission of uncompressed 4K video.
