| 抄録 | （和） | 食道切除後の胃管再建の成否は胃管血流に大きく左右される．血流評価は従来，胃管の色調や胃大網動脈 の拍動など，術者の感覚的・経験的な判断に委ねられてきた．インドシアニングリーン蛍光法により胃管血流を定量 的に分析することによって，最適な吻合位置を見つけるのが本研究の最終的な目標である．胃管の近位から遠位まで の 6 つの関心領域（ROI）が定義され，各 ROI での胃管血流の曲線が描かれ，その曲線に対して Fitting 解析を行った． 今回は，その解析の途中で生じる特異点について調べていった． |
| （英） | The success of gastric tube reconstruction after esophagectomy is greatly influenced by the blood flow to the gastric tube. The evaluation of blood flow has traditionally relied on the surgeon’s intuitive and experiential judgment, based on factors such as the color of the gastric tube and the pulsation of the gastroepiploic artery. The ultimate goal of this study is to identify the optimal anastomosis site by quantitatively analyzing the blood flow in the gastric tube using the indocyanine green fluorescence method. Six regions of interest (ROIs) were defined from the proximal to the distal ends of the gastric tube. The blood flow curves for each ROI were plotted, and a fitting analysis was performed on these curves. In this study, we investigated the singularities that occur during this analysis. | |
