In the future, the rapid increase in the volume of communication packets and the number of communication terminals has expected to have led to many packet interference. This research aims to improve communication efficiency through autonomous channel selection based on the environment by utilizing Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) machine learning. In previous works, terminals learn each communication channel independently. However, it is a problem that learning progress is slow for terminals with a small number of transmit packets. Therefore, this paper proposes a method is which the terminal performs MAB machine learning using the learning information obtained while listening to the communication status of other terminals that may be in a similar environment. By determining whether other terminals are in the same environment or not, it is possible to select a suitable channel even for terminals with few communication opportunities, because the number of data for the learning increases. Therefore, the proposed method can reduce unnecessary packet transmission and then achieves efficient learning. |
