Electroencephalography (EEG) measurement is used for various purposes such as the diagnosis of brain diseases and consciousness states, but the standard EEG measurement system is wired and burdensome for the subjects. Wireless EEG measurement has been developed, but it is difficult to measure for a long time due to the large power consumption. To solve this problem, we are considering using compressed sensing (CS) for power saving in EEG measurement. In this study, we propose a non-zero element fixed SA, which is an extension of simulated annealing (SA) for the recovery of compressed signals. We compared and discussed the recovery algorithms with orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) and the original SA in terms of recovery accuracy. |
