(in English) The sub-THz band is a key focus for 6G research, with 150 GHz and 300 GHz being considered practical frequencies. In this paper, indoor double-directional channel measurements were conducted in a large conference room environment using the 154/300 GHz dual-band channel sounder. The scattering processes and frequency-dependent
characteristics at the cluster level were investigated in both line-of-sight (LoS) and non-LoS (NLoS) scenarios. Clusters were detected at each frequency with comparable power ranges, and the results revealed that the number of clusters at 300 GHz was entirely smaller, with increased sparsity, compared to the 154 GHz band. However, a statistical comparison of the excess loss of common clusters existing at both frequencies, showed no significant difference between 154 GHz and 300 GHz.
