Development of Multiphysics Simulations with Spin Dynamics of Antiferromagnets

(in English) Spin devices using antiferromagnets are known to operate at high speeds in the THz band and are expected to be applied to next-generation communications. In this report, we analyze the spin dynamics of antiferromagnets using LLGS (Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert-Slonczewski) equations and the electromagnetic field using the Maxwell equations, and propose a multi-physics simulation method to express the interaction. The validity of the method will be verified by analyzing the electromagnetic fields generated by the spin dynamics of an antiferromagnetic material and the magnetization response when the antiferromagnetic material is irradiated with electromagnetic waves.
