(in English) We construct new concentration inequalities for quantum states on $N$-body quantum systems or measurement outcomes on them, that apply to adversarial setups. In our first result, a permutation-invariant adversarial quantum state on $N$-qudit system is bounded from above by a convex mixture of independent and identically distributed quantum states up to a factor polynomial in $N$. A similar result has been obtained through the quantum de Finetti theorem, but our bound is tighter than it. In addition, we obtain a concentration inequality for the outcomes of independent and identical measurements on an $N$-body adversarial quantum state, which may be much tighter than the conventional Azuma's inequality. We further demonstrate numerically the usefulness of our results in a simple quantum information processing tasks.
