[Invited Lecture] FDTD Simulation of Ocean Radar

(in English) Ocean radar can be widely applied not only to ensure the safety of maritime traffic, but also to detect suspicious ships and drifters. Considering the future situation, ocean radar will become more and more important. It is considered that the development of advanced ocean radar is more effective through simulation than using experimental development. In this study, a method to simulate the FMICW method is proposed using the FDTD method and confirm its effectiveness. The FMICW method is widely used in ocean radar.
