(in English) In an InGaN quantum-well (QW), the full understanding of carrier dynamics is difficult due to its complex physical factors. In spite of the steady research progress of the optical characteristics in an InGaN-QW, the lack of comprehensive understanding for the carrier dynamics represents a significant challenge that requires future investigations. In this study, we have evaluated the effects of an underlayer and multiple QW system for the internal quantum efficiency by conducting simultaneous photoacoustic (PA) and photoluminescence (PL) measurements to four InGaN-QW samples. Also, we have considered the carrier dynamics in an InGaN-QW based on the wavelength dependence of PL lifetime which is obtained by carrying out the time-resolved PL spectroscopy.
