| 抄録 | （和） | 社会的行動制約や生活習慣の変化，情報機器の普及，加齢による運動機能の低下などにより，高齢者の小さい動作・行動が習慣化し，社会的交流の機会が減少し，孤立した生活が進んでいる．本報告では，地域の高齢者支援事業所で働く高齢者の生活活動と生活満足度，情報機器の利用に関する調査結果を集計し，生活活動と生活満足度の関係を考察した．その結果，知人との交流と生活満足度には強い正の相関があり，友人・知人との交流が生活満足度を上げる有力なアプローチの一つであることを確認した．家事や個人活動時間と生活満足度の間では2次多項式に近い関係があり，これらの活動に長時間従事しても生活に満足していない高齢者がいる．勤務時間と生活満足度に相関がほとんど検出されず，むしろ長時間働くほど生活満足度が低下する傾向が見られた． |
| （英） | Due to constraints on social behaviors, changes in lifestyle, the spread of information devices, and a decline in physical function due to aging, elderly individuals have become accustomed to smaller movements and behaviors, leading to fewer opportunities for social interaction and an increase in isolated living. This report aggregates survey results regarding the daily activities, life satisfaction, and use of information devices among elderly people working at community senior support centers, examining the relationship between daily activities and life satisfaction. The results revealed a strong positive correlation between interaction with acquaintances and life satisfaction, confirming that social interaction with friends and acquaintances is an effective approach to enhancing life satisfaction. There was a near-quadratic relationship between time spent on household chores or personal activities and life satisfaction, indicating that some elderly individuals were not satisfied with their lives despite spending long hours on such activities. Little correlation was detected between working hours and life satisfaction, with a tendency for life satisfaction to decrease as working hours increased. | |
