(in English) It has become common for consumers to post online review, and various applications of large language models (LLMs) for sentiment analysis has been conducted. However, the evaluation of a service is affected not only by the service experiences but also by the various factors, such as the expectations prior to the actual experience and the content of other reviews. Therefore, in this study, we examine the impact of presenting such supplementary information in multiple ways to LLM inference on prediction accuracy.
