(in English) In facial image processing, using frequency domain data allows for efficient feature extraction. However, the use of facial images requires ensuring privacy protection. Homomorphic encryption, which allows computations on encrypted data, has gained attention as a privacy-preserving technique, but it comes with challenges such as high computational costs and large data sizes. In this study, we explore a method for performing efficient facial recognition on encrypted data by reducing unnecessary data while maintaining an appropriate level of accuracy based on signal-to-noise ratio.
