Local Generative Methods for Constructing Non-linear Error-Correcting Codes Using Regular Bipartite Graphs and Iterative Techniques

(in English) The diversification of information devices has led to the diversification of error models. Even minor changes in error models can significantly alter the structure of error-correcting codes that are resistant to such errors, and the cost associated with developing the theory to describe these codes cannot be ignored. To address this situation, this research proposes an algorithm that, when provided with a distance function representing the error model and several requirements such as code length, generates examples of error-correcting codes that are resistant to the given errors. Inspired by adversarial networks in generative AI, this algorithm also allows for extensions that impart structure, such as systematic encoding, to the generated codes, similar to Cycle Adversarial Networks. In this presentation, we will explain the results of simulations conducted using this algorithm implemented on a computer and discuss its effectiveness.
