| 抄録 | （和） | 深層学習による自然言語処理や音声認識、画像分類など、多くの研究が進むなかで、「美しさ」や「かっこよさ」といった人間の感性的概念を画像から認識する研究が、新たな分野として注目されている。本研究では、ディープラーニングを用いてカテゴリーごとの美的評価における関係性を検討した。画像の美的評価では、人や景色といった対象によって美的評価の特徴が異なると推察される。このため、画像データをカテゴリーごとに分割することで美的評価の特徴が同じものに分類する。しかし、カテゴリーを細かく分けすぎるとデータ数が十分確保できない場合があるため、類似したカテゴリーの推測を用いて美的評価の分類精度向上を目指す。 |
| （英） | Deep learning-based natural language processing, speech recognition, image classification, and many other research areas are advancing, and research on recognizing human sensory concepts such as “beauty” and “coolness” from images is attracting attention as a new field of study. This study used deep learning to examine the relationships in aesthetic evaluation for each category. In the aesthetic evaluation of images, it is assumed that the characteristics of aesthetic evaluation differ depending on the object, such as people or scenery. For this reason, image data is divided into categories to classify them into those with the same aesthetic evaluation characteristics. However, if the categories are divided too finely, the number of data may not be sufficient. Therefore, we aim to improve the classification accuracy of aesthetic evaluation by using the inference of similar categories. | |
