(in English) This study constructs a digital twin of Artificial Variable Width Channel experimental device by 3D modeling and controls with reinforcement learning. In recent years, as a measure against the increasing occurrence of river flooding, previous research created a river 3D model based on river experimental model. The river 3D model, evaluated through river health assessments, demonstrated potential for utilization as a digital twin. However, to realize the concept of the digital twin, it is necessary to validate the consistency between physical behaviors in the virtual space and physical phenomena. Therefore, this study focuses on controlling a simplified 3D simulation model using groynes with reinforcement learning for digital twin of river. Through this effort, a foundation will be established for verifying the consistency between the 3D simulation model and the physical model.
