Controlling Domain of Diffusion Models by Applying Product of Experts

(in English) We propose PoE-Diffusion, a framework that incorporates the Product of Experts (PoE) into diffusion models, enabling sampling from a weighted PoE of multiple diffusion models without additional training. As an application of PoE-Diffusion, we introduce Pseudo-finetuning, and evaluates through experiments. PoE-Diffusion can be applied to any existing diffusion models as it only affects the inference process. This approach has the potential to be applied to a wide range of tasks that using diffusion model. In addition to Pseudo-finetuning, multimodal conditional image generation is an example of another possible application for PoE-Diffusion. We demonstrate Pseudo-finetuning with qualitative and quantitative experiment.
