A privacy protection mechanism using Bloom Filter for a P2P-based tracking system watching over children

(in English) With the increase in single-mother households and elderly-only households, opportunities for elderly individuals and children to be alone are also increasing. As a result, attention has been drawn to the concept of a ``community watch-over network for children and the elderly.'' However, systems that support such networks face challenges related to maintenance costs and privacy concerns.
To address these issues, the authors have proposed a privacy protection mechanism for a P2P-crowdsensing-based watch-over support system, which allows for low-cost operation and enables users to manage their own data. This method utilizes a Bloom Filter to make it difficult for watch-over supporters to identify which monitored individuals' data they possess. At the same time, it also prevents the misuse of search messages from revealing the location of watched-over individuals.
This paper proposes methods to enhance the privacy protection mechanism and suppress unnecessary forwarding of search messages.
