A framework for dialogue systems based on Transactional Analysis

(in English) In recent years, the advancement of large language models has significantly improved the response accuracy of dialogue systems. As a new demand arising from this development, there has been a growing need for the personalization of dialogue systems. In this study, we propose a dialogue system that employs a method known as Transactional Analysis. Transactional Analysis incorporates a concept called communication pattern analysis, which facilitates communication based on the alignment of the interacting parties’ intentions, thereby aiming to enhance user satisfaction. In the present experiment, casual dialogues were conducted and evaluated through human assessment.
