(in English) In a certain district, there is a mutual aid group that uses SNS to help elderly residents support each other. He started his own system to match help on chat and has been active on social media, but recently he has been focusing on building relationships with people he can see directly. In this study, we analyze how the group that introduced SNS early in the community activities where the utilization of SNS by the elderly is emphasized arrived at the activities without SNS. As the first report, the background of SNS utilization and a part of the process up to now are described.
