| (in English) | Privacy protection is a crucial consideration in the analysis of facial rashes in patients with atopic dermatitis. However, standardized guidelines for facial anonymization remain insufficient, and existing image processing techniques primarily depend on manual intervention. In this study, we propose an automated anonymization framework that integrates generative AI for facial image synthesis and Vision AI for facial landmark detection, enabling precise anonymization of the periocular region. To assess the effectiveness of this approach, we conduct subjective evaluations and re-identification rate analyses on pre- and post-anonymized images. In addition, we present a case study demonstrating the feasibility of this method in mitigating the risk of personal identification while maintaining the utility of facial rash analysis. | |
