(in English) In Tokyo, the promotion of renewable energy is underway, exemplified by the mandatory installation of solar panels on certain new buildings starting in April 2025. Securing large-capacity storage batteries is crucial for this endeavor. As an alternative, the authors are investigating a DC power network that interconnects small-scale batteries via developing hubs. This approach aims to expand the virtual storage capacity and enhance the usability of batteries. Previous systems required individual operations for port configuration with empirically determined safe time margins, leading to prolonged installation times. Furthermore, to maintain the power balance of each hub within the network, parallel control of hubs and intra-hub ports was restricted, resulting in significantly slow control. This paper proposes a method that maximizes parallel port control by employing an interrupt-driven control scheme for port events. It also presents preliminary data for evaluating the effectiveness of this approach.
