| 抄録 | （和） | 本研究では，大学入試の総合型選抜におけるAI面接評価導入に対する大学教員の信頼感と納得感を探索的に検討した．面接者として人間とAIの両方が関与する場合と，人間のみが関与する場合とを想定したシナリオを提示し，受験生の個性評価実感（3項目）および合格時・不合格時それぞれの納得感（各4項目）を７件法で測定した．加えて，対AI信頼感尺度への回答と，AI面接評価導入の有益な点および懸念点について自由記述での回答を求めた．得られたデータに対して，面接条件間の比較を対応のあるt検定により行った結果，個性評価実感および納得感に有意差は認められなかった．さらに，判定結果への納得感を目的変数とし，個性評価実感，面接者条件，合否，対AI信頼感尺度因子を説明変数とする重回帰分析を行った結果，AIの社会有益性への信頼感が納得感を正に予測する傾向が示された．自由記述分析では，AI面接評価導入に肯定的な意見とともに，透明性や非言語情報の扱いに関する懸念も確認された．これらの結果は，大学入試におけるAI導入に際して，技術精度のみならず，社会的信頼感の醸成と評価過程の透明性確保が不可欠であることを示唆している． |
| （英） | This study explored university faculty members' trust and acceptance regarding the introduction of AI-assisted interview evaluations in comprehensive entrance examinations. Participants were presented with scenarios in which either both human and AI evaluators, or only human evaluators, were involved, and were asked to assess their sense of having appropriately evaluated applicants' individuality (three items) and their acceptance of evaluation outcomes in both acceptance and rejection cases (four items each) using a seven-point Likert scale. In addition, participants completed the Trust in AI Scale and provided free-text responses regarding the perceived advantages and concerns related to AI interview evaluations. Paired-sample t-tests revealed no significant differences in individuality evaluation or acceptance between the two evaluator conditions. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis, with acceptance of evaluation outcomes as the dependent variable and individuality evaluation, evaluator condition, acceptance/rejection status, and AI trust factors as independent variables, indicated a trend suggesting that higher trust in the societal usefulness of AI predicted greater acceptance. Analysis of free-text responses identified not only supportive opinions toward AI integration but also concerns regarding transparency and the treatment of nonverbal information. These findings suggest that the successful implementation of AI in university entrance examinations requires not only technological accuracy but also the cultivation of societal trust and the assurance of transparency in the evaluation process. | |
