Optimization of Magnetic Field Shielding Effectiveness through Layer Arrangement Patterns of Conductive Multi-layered Planes

(in English) In the magnetic field shielding by non-magnetic conductive multilayered plates, the effect of multilayering with evenly spaced arrangement was examined earlier. In this report, various arrangement patterns including unequally spaced arrangement are considered, and the effect on the shielding effect and the optimization of the arrangement are examined by theoretical calculations. The validity of the theoretical calculations is verified by comparing the magnetic field shielding effects of equally spaced and unequally spaced configurations with experimental results. Theoretical calculations were also performed for a multilayer structure with different materials, and it was found that the evenly spaced arrangement was close to the optimum in all cases.
