(in English) When using the VPN relay service, there is a detour delay due to the relay server. In order to reduce this detour delay, the placement strategy of relay servers is important. It is considered useful to take into account the latency characteristics between ASes in the placement strategy. On the other hand, the latency characteristics between ASes are not known, and their values need to be estimated. In this experiment, we propose a method for estimating AS segment delay based on relay server data, and describe the results of delay reduction at selected relay server locations using the estimation results.
