Estimation of NIR and RedEdge Images from Visible Drone Camera Image at Persimon Field

(in English) Field sensing is an important technology in smart agriculture and
multispectral camera equipped on a drone is a very important role in
such a sensing. In this study, we propose a method to simultaneously
estimate NIR and RedEdge images, which are important for vegetation
indices including NDVI, from ordinary RGB camera images without using
such a multispectral camera image. Here, we use an LDM-based
estimation method and aim to improve the estimation accuracy by using
a term related to the similarity of spectral shape evaluation and a
term related to the edges as a loss function. The effectiveness of the
method is confirmed by using actual images taken in a persimmon
field.
