In communication networks utilizing low Earth orbit satellite constellations, handovers between ground terminals and satellites occur frequently due to satellite movement, so maintaining communication using multiple paths is effective. However, out-of-order data arrival from multiple paths increases jitter. In this study, we propose a data distribution method called Prediction-based Arrival-Time matching Load-Balancing (P-ATLB) that aligns data arrival times using predicted values of delay and path disconnection times. Simulation results show that P-ATLB enables data to arrive in the order they were sent during handovers, thereby lowering jitter. |
