Transfer Function of Loop Transfer Characteristics Measurement Systems for SMPSs

(in English) When designing a controller for SMPSs (Switched-Mode Power Supplies), the loop transfer characteristics are measured using FRA (Frequency Response Analyzer) to evaluate the control stability. The phase characteristics of the feedback loop obtained by this measurement are affected by the proportional gain of the feedback controller. However, the conventional loop transfer function model can not express this effect. In this paper, we focus on that the feedback loop is not actually cut at measurement, and model the loop transfer characteristics measurement system using FRA more accurately by considering this loop. In addition, the proposed transfer function model of the measurement system is compared with the simulation results, and the validity is confirmed.
