| 抄録 | （和） | 現代のメンタルヘルスケアでは，自己スティグマがモニタリングの大きな障壁となり，精神的な不調の早期発見や適切な介入が難しいという課題がある．本研究では，曖昧な表現を用いることで自己スティグマを軽減しつつ，日常的に感情状態を記録できるスマートウォッチ用の感情トラッキングシステムを構築した．さらに，感情入力時の「ためらい時間」を客観的な行動指標とすることで，入力時の心理的な迷いや揺らぎを捉える手法の有効性を検証した．44名を対象とした実験では，〇・？・×の3段階で感情を入力してもらい，その際のためらい時間と主観的なためらい感覚を測定・分析した．その結果，特に曖昧な感情“？”入力時に，ためらい時間と主観的評価の間に有意な相関が認められ，曖昧な感情が心の迷いや揺らぎを反映する行動指標として有用である可能性が示唆された．今後は，生体情報の追加や長期モニタリングを通じて，より実践的なメンタルヘルス支援への応用を目指す． |
| （英） | In recent years, self-stigma has become a major barrier to effective self-monitoring in mental health care, making it difficult to achieve early detection and timely intervention for mental health problems. In this study, we developed an emotion tracking system for smartwatches that allows users to record their emotional states in daily life while reducing self-stigma by using ambiguous expressions. In addition, we examined the effectiveness of using "hesitation time" during emotion input as an objective behavioral indicator to capture psychological indecision and fluctuation. We conducted an experiment with 44 participants, in which they entered their emotions using three categories (○, ?, ×), and we measured and analyzed both hesitation time and subjective feelings of hesitation. As a result, a significant correlation was found between hesitation time and subjective evaluation, especially when ambiguous emotion ("?") was selected. These findings suggest that ambiguous emotions may be useful as behavioral indicators reflecting psychological indecision and fluctuation. In the future, we plan to incorporate physiological data and conduct long-term monitoring in order to further develop practical mental health support. | |
