| （英） | This report investigates a variation of McEliece public-key cryptography (PKC) designed to perform approximate computations on vectors of real-valued data. The input vectors are transformed into planes of stochastic numbers. Each plane is subsequently encrypted using a sparse random error vector and a cyclic code defined by a quasi-cyclic parity-check matrix over a prime field. Specific operations are applied to the encrypted planes, and subsequently, the summation of subsets of encrypted planes is computed over the prime field. The approximated computation results are extracted from the decrypted plane corresponding to the summed plane. The method also employs a standard PKC to transmit the sparse error vectors from the sender to the receiver. We present approximated computations of the polynomial value, matrix-product, and vector convolution. The computation accuracy is evaluated through computer simulations. |
