(in English) To non-invasively evaluate the effect of Interstitial Fluid Pressure on tissue stiffness, we analyzed the effect of IFP loading on shear wave propagation characteristics of surrounding tissues. The spatial distribution of shear wave velocity (SWV) was analyzed using mechanical vibration and the phase gradient method. The results were compared with experimental results using Finite Difference Time Domain simulation. We visualized a phenomenon in which the SWV increases locally in the region directly surrounding the liquid phase as the liquid pressure increases. This trend was reproduced by the simulation, suggesting that this phenomenon is caused by the generation of local tension due to pressure.
