| 抄録 | （和） | 大雨や土砂災害，地震など多様化する自然災害に際して，ソーシャルメディア上で個人が発信する災害留意情報（差し迫る危険や避難の必要性等を訴える記事）が，避難や被害軽減行動の判断に資するケースが少なくない．しかし，ソーシャルメディア上の情報は玉石混交であり，取捨選択，すなわち「見極め」が不可欠である．この種の見極め能力は，経験を通した体得が必要であるが，意義ある経験を積み重ねることは容易ではない．本研究では，ソーシャルメディア上の災害留意情報を見極める経験の積み重ねを支援する仕組みの実現を目指している．本論文では，災害留意情報の見極め事例の観察を通して，自身および他者の判断傾向の理解を促す手法について述べる．また，判断傾向の理解支援インタフェースのプロトタイプを用いた実験について報告し，その結果に基づいて提案本手法の特徴について考察する． |
| （英） | Articles posted by individuals on social media appealing for imminent danger and the necessity of evacuation (called disaster alerts) often contribute to decisions on evacuation and actions for mitigating damage in the event of diversifying natural disasters such as heavy rain, landslides, and earthquakes. However, there exist valuable and unreliable posts mixed together on social media. Therefore, it is essential to select valuable ones and discard others (i.e., identification). Although the ability to identify such information must be acquired through experience, it is difficult to accumulate meaningful experiences. In this research, we have been aiming at developing a mechanism that supports the accumulation of experiences in identifying disaster alerts on social media. In this paper, we mainly describe methods to promote understanding of one's own and others' tendencies in decision through observation of cases of identifying disaster alerts. We also describe experiments using a prototype of the interface to support the understanding of judgment tendencies and discuss the features of the proposed methods based on the results of the experiments. | |
