In Beyond 5G/6G networks, the integrated terrestrial and non-terrestrial network (NTN) is required. This study focuses on integrated network architecture comprising three domains—terrestrial, aerial, and space—under the assumption that each domain operates in a distributed and collaborative manner without disclosing its control policies. A distributed coordination framework is proposed to achieve a balance between the control policies of individual domains and the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of end users. The effectiveness of the proposed framework is validated through its application to downlink traffic offloading. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the offloading destinations are adaptively determined according to variations in the number of terrestrial base stations, while reflecting the policies of each domain and preserving QoS. |
