(in English) The scattered wave method is a method for non-invasively measuring the dielectric constant when evaluating the physical properties of materials. The scattered wave method is a measurement method that can evaluate physical properties by measuring the scattered waves emitted by irradiating an object with electromagnetic waves in an open space. Previously, the measurement environment was evaluated using a V-shaped antenna arrangement, but an L-shaped arrangement has been proposed, which has less influence from direct waves from the transmitting antenna. In this report, the objective was to create an L-shaped measurement environment, identify the appropriate positions for the distance between the transmitting antenna and the sample, and the distance between the sample and the receiving antenna, and to evaluate them. The measurement environment was also evaluated using electromagnetic field simulation using the FDTD method.
