(in English) In this report, we introduce a high-resolution SISO channel sounder for understanding time characteristics such as delay time and spatial characteristics such as direction of arrival, which are indispensable for system design in the sub-terahertz band, which is expected to be utilized in the 6th generation mobile communication system (6G). By using wideband OFDM signals of 12 GHz width in the 158 GHz band and 20 GHz width in the 300 GHz band, the path separation of about 2.5 cm and about 1.5 cm was achieved. We measured the delay profiles in the DOCOMO office environment. Then, we compared the measured results and the calculated results of delay spread, and confirmed the effects of reflection by objects such as metal shelves.
