We show that a Quantum Computation with Classical Communication (QCCC) coin-flipping protocol secure against a constant bias of $frac{sqrt{2} - 1}{2} - o(1)$ implies the existence of one-way puzzles (OWPs). This result extends the work of Haitner and Omri (SIAM J. Comput., 2014) from the classical setting to the QCCC model, where parties perform local quantum computations and exchange classical messages. The proof adapts the framework of Haitner and Omri, showing it remains applicable even in QCCC model. This establishes an implication from an interactive protocol to a non-interactive cryptographic primitive in a hybrid quantum-classical model. |
