Proposal of a Model for Thinking Mode Transformation

(in English) Logical thinking and emotional thinking each have their own limitations, and complementary thinking is necessary. In this paper, we consider logical thinking and emotional thinking to be independent domains of thinking, and define the four-quadrant transformation relationship CERA to clarify a framework for overcoming the limitations of thinking. CERA consists of consensus building as a transformation from logical thinking to emotional thinking, empathy as a transformation from emotional thinking to emotional thinking, rationalization as a transformation from emotional thinking to logical thinking, and alignment as a transformation from logical thinking to logical thinking.
