(in English) At Kagawa University, development projects for business systems integrated with the core administrative system are rapidly increasing. While each business system is designed as an independent solution addressing specific objectives and challenges, their mutual integration enables them to provide additional value. Consequently, establishing methods to measure and evaluate system quality when multiple business systems operate in coordination has become an urgent priority at Kagawa University.
This paper examines the quality measurement and evaluation methods for these internally developed business systems, using multiple systems developed in-house and integrated with the academic affairs system as case studies.
