Dependence of emitted electron properties from high-Tc superconductors on crystal orientation

Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) Total energy distribution (TED) of electrons emitted from high-Tc superconductors is calculated by using the Gadzuk’s theory and angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) data reported in the literature. The calculated results show that TED depends on the surface orientation.
