We have developed an AR space system that replaces arbitrary regions with virtual backgrounds using semantic segmentation on a server. In this paper, we propose an adaptive resolution control method to maintain target FPS and reduce transmission rate for multi-user scenarios. Evaluation results show that the proposed method can reduce transmission rate significantly while maintaining average FPS. |
