(in English) This study investigates a display-camera visible light communication method using adversarial examples against a monocular depth estimation model. In this system, a target image representing data is embedded into a depth map of a background image and displayed on a screen. A camera captures the displayed image, and the embedded data are extracted from the estimated depth map. This study proposes an embedding method using target images with suppressed depth variation and a demodulation method that adjusts the detection region within depth estimation images, and their performances are compared in a simulation environment that simulates real-world conditions. As a result, suppressing depth variations in the target image yields no performance improvement, whereas reducing the decision region reduces the error rate and improves performance.
