On Quantum teleportations by three-qubit entanglements

(in English) The purpose of this report is to clarify the general implementation method of quantum teleportation in quantum
computing based on the fundamental operations of quantum circuits. Quantum teleportation has been widely studied as a technique
based on the properties of quantum entanglement, but implementation methods systematically described at the quantum
circuit level have not yet been sufficiently established. This report proposes a quantum circuit for teleporting a two-qubit entangled
state using a three-qubit entangled state. First, we present quantum circuits that generate the two-qubit and three-qubit
entangled states. Next, based on these circuits, we construct a quantum circuit that realizes quantum teleportation. Furthermore,
we present quantum circuit simulation results using Yao, an open-source Julia package, to verify the validity of the
proposed method. Finally, we summarize the main results obtained in this study.
