(in English) As data sharing across organizations and administrative domains advances, flexible access control is required while preserving data sovereignty. In this work, we leverage Zenoh---a brokerless, data-centric platform integrating publish/subscribe and query---as the communication infrastructure for inter-organizational data sharing, and we apply Name-based Access Control with Attribute-Based Encryption (NAC-ABE). We further design and implement streaming optimizations through Content Key caching and pre-distribution. Our contributions are: (i) realizing access control with end-to-end encryption by applying NAC-ABE to Zenoh; (ii) hiding ABE computation cost and reducing latency through a Content Key caching and pre-distribution protocol; and (iii) quantitatively evaluating their effectiveness.
