| 抄録 | （和） | ITU-Tは電気通信技術の国際標準を策定する国際標準化機関であり，Study Group 5は電磁両立性（EMC），過電圧耐性（雷防護），人体ばく露のほか，粒子放射線によるソフトエラー，循環型経済実現のための電子廃棄物管理，エネルギー効率向上，及び気候変動対策のための電気通信技術の課題解決に向けた研究開発を担当している．本稿では，通信センタビルからホームネットワークに至る各設置場所において，通信設備・装置に求められるEMC要件や雷防護要件を概説するとともに，通信設備・装置のEMC，耐雷性の向上に資するITU-T勧告の策定に関わる標準化活動の取り組みについて述べる． |
| （英） | The International Telecommunication Union - Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a standardization organization under the United Nations that develops international standards for telecommunications technologies. Study Group 5 (SG5) is responsible for research and development aimed at solving issues in telecommunications technologies, including electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), resistibility (lightning protection) and human exposure, as well as soft errors caused by particle radiation, e-waste management for realizing a circular economy and improving energy efficiency and climate actions. This paper provides an overview of the EMC and lightning protection requirements for telecommunications equipment and devices at various installation locations, from telecommunications centers to home networks, and describes standardization activities related to the formulation of ITU-T recommendations that will contribute to improving the EMC and lightning resistance. | |
