In order to improve the accuracy of underwater ranging and reduce the effects of multipath fading, we have proposed a time-reversal sensitivity correction signal (AFM-SC). On the other hand, we demonstrated the efficiency of angle of arrival (AOA) measurement of airborne objects by cross-correlation processing for multiple receiving signals with a reference signal using the sensitivity compensation signal. In this paper, we study the possible effect of the directivity of ultrasonic transducers on the underwater AOA measurement method using AFM-SC signals and autocorrelation processing for ultrasonic double pulses transmitted by multiple transmitters. |
