Promoting Knowledge Sharing Within the Group Through the Media of Various Conversational Knowledge Resources

(in English) This study proposes a retrieval-augmented generation RAG–based conversational support system to promote knowledge circulation within groups in a closed laboratory environment. The system integrates heterogeneous internal resources, including Slack, Scrapbox, academic papers, and Google Drive, and retrieves semantically relevant knowledge using vector search with OpenAI embeddings and FAISS. Retrieved content is reformatted by a large language model and autonomously inserted into ongoing discussions. The system also supports real-time question sharing among multiple users while maintaining low latency through lightweight retrieval control. We evaluate the system through real seminar use and demonstrate its effectiveness in activating group discussions.
