(in English) As the super-aging society progresses, telemedicine is becoming increasingly important, while remote palpation remains a challenging problem due to its reliance on direct physical interaction. This study proposes an AR-based motion instruction system that enables a remote physician to guide palpation by a proxy using a 3D hand model overlaid on AR glasses. A case study with 20 participants was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed system.
