In recent years, countermeasures against voice spoofing attacks against speaker verification have become increasingly important. Therefore, in this study, we constructed the Japanese speech corpus J-SPAW2, which can analyze the attack conditions that make detection difficult, in order to clarify the threat of recording and playback attacks against speaker verification and voice spoofing detection. Specifically, we re-recorded speech from the existing speech corpus J-SPAW under various physical environmental conditions, such as playback equipment and recording conditions, to create spoofed speech that is more difficult to detect. Experimental results showed that even the most advanced detection model performed significantly worse under low-volume, long-distance recording conditions with low SNR. Conversely, speaker verification was easily defeated under high-volume, close-distance recording conditions. Furthermore, analysis using the integrated evaluation metric t-DCF revealed that the entire system had serious vulnerabilities under certain conditions, demonstrating the usefulness of this corpus for evaluation in real-world environments. |
