The "bottleneck routing problem," which focuses on reducing the height of a layout by relaxing VH-constraints near regions that become bottlenecks, was proposed by Taniguchi.
In this paper, we propose a constraint graph based routing method for the “two-layer comb-shaped bottleneck routing problem” where terminals are located on both the top and bottom boundary, but no terminal pairs share a column.
The objective of the problem is to minimize the height of the bottleneck region, allowing the routing to take a detour.
The effectiveness of our proposed method was confirmed by experiments. |
