An Empirical Analysis of Library Recommendation Answers on Stack Overflow

(in English) Selecting libraries for software development is a critical issue. Although surveys targeting developers have identified multiple factors affecting library selection, it remains insufficiently investigated what information is actually presented when a developer recommends a library. In this study we examined answers on Stack Overflow that recommend libraries.
The results show that fewer than half of these answers contain specific information helpful for library selection, and there is a significant imbalance in the types of information included in the responses.
